The left hand rear door window glass may have been inadequately tempered, due to an improper cooling process during manufacture.

Once parts become available Toyota will contact registered owners by mail at their last known address, requesting the owner make an appointment at their preferred Toyota Dealer for replacement of the left hand rear window glass free of charge.
